Beginning with the generation which is my huge brick wall - despite my best efforts since 1999, I am unable to find my great grandparents, Michael Lynch and Eileen Curely Lynch on any census and their birth, death or marriage certificates, What I do know is that they lived in the Mt Pleasant area of Limerick.
I do know they had the following children:
Michael Lynch - Not confirmed
Catherine Lynch - Not confirmed
Josephine Lynch (1891-?) married a Michael (maybe Edward) Ryan and settled in the Nenagh area - I am in contact with some of their descendants but they have no info on my brick wall.
Mary "Mae" Lynch (1898-1982) married a Daniel Ryan - she also settled in Nenagh, Most of their children settled in England. I do not know if the two Ryans are related.
My grandmother, Eileen Lynch (1896-1940) was born about 1896. She married my grandfather, Hugh McDade (who was from Letterkenny) in Limerick in 1923 settling Glasgow. I do have her marriage and death certificates. Early in my research, I had a researcher look for her birth certificate, they were not able to locate it. From her marriage certificate, I found her parents names. Her father was listed as deceased and his occupation was a farmer. Her mother's last name was Curley. However on her sister's (Mae) marriage certificate, it was listed as Kiely. From my grandmother's death certificate it stated her mother was still living in 1940.
I have used the most the usual research sites trying to find any information about the Lynches but to no avail. I am perplexed that I can't even find one of these family members on the 1901/1911 census. So any suggestions/hints provided, I would be most appreciative.

Eileen:
Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
There were no baptismal or civil birth records on Roots Ireland for any Lynch children with father Michael and mother with surname Curley. Roots Ireland does not have complete records for all of Ireland. Kerry is missing and a few other counties only have partial records but all of the Limerick records should be there. I also went to Find My Past.ie and did not see any viable records.
I located this 1901 census record http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Limerick/Ballynacarrig…; Possibly this is the family and Ellen is your Eileen.
Here is the 1911 census record http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Limerick/Ballynacarrig…
Here is the civil birth record for the Ellen in the census record and the mother's surname is Byrne https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_retur…
Let me know what questions you have. Perhaps someone else will identify other possible families.

Roger,
I did see those census reports, saved them but was concerned that the names of the childnre didn't line up with what I knew. With that said, I am going to search those children listed to see if a commonality pops up.
Regarding the birth certificate, that is interesting and certainly a possibliity.
Thank you for taking the time to respond.
