Can anyone tell me where I could get a copy of my Mum's birth cert ... the genealogist I use is struggling for some reason?
Her name was Catherine Bourke and she was born in Curraghbridge, Adare, Co Limerick on 22nd February 1921. Her parents were Timothy (always referred to as Arthur) Bourke and Anne Bourke ... born Daly.

The free site www.irishgenealogy.ie has the actual images of civil birth records from 1864-1920. The 1921 records should be added later this year. I can't tell if you want to see the record or if you need the full birth certificate for other purposes such as obtaining Irish citizenship.
