I searched for a baptismal record for Andrew on the subscription site Roots Ireland but did not find a record. I assume he was Church of Ireland. The Arklow C of I records on Roots Ireland start in 1871. I also checked for Ann Mooney records in Birr but the earliest available was in 1842 which would be too late for your interests.You may want to add Andrew's story to our XO Chronicles site
