I am trying to veryfy my Great grandfather's date of birth. He was born in Waterford circa 1866. His father was Jacobi and he married Anastasia but I don't know if she was Vegan, Vincent or Kelly. Or any help would be very much appreciated.

his name was Jacobus and his father was Jacobi. I have also mentioned my GG Grandfather married an Anastasia but on my grandfather's death certificate she is calles Hannah Stacie. It was a member of the family who told me this was wrong and she was Anastasia but I have my doubts. If you can help in any way I would be very grateful.

I think I located the record. You mentioned Vegan, Vincent or Kelly for the last name for the mother. There were at least 17 James Brien/O'Brien born 1861-1871 but only one was a Kelly. The baptismal record showed Sara Kelly, however, the related civil record shows Anty which is a nickname for Anastasia.
