I am seeking any kind of birth record of Patrick Downey, born 1868. I do believe it was County Kerry. His father was Bartholomew/Batt Downey. I have Patrick's wedding and children's records. But looking for birth.

What was Patrick's mother's maiden name and where did he marry and to whom.
If he was born in 1868 he should be recorded in the Civil Records which are from January 1st 1864.
