In the Tithe Apploment of the Parish of Bullaun a Patrick French Kelly Esq is listed for Baleagarah and seems to have been "well off". I would like to learn more about him. The Patrick Kelly and John Kelly from Streamstown are my ancestors, possibly this Patrick was as well.

Possibly his son Patrick Kelly 1800-1883 married Margaret Callanan in 1844 in Carrabane. Appears to have had 3 daughters with his son-in-law Darby Finnerty listed as occupier at Ballyara / Ballyarha present at his death in 1883. Patrick was listed as a Farmer on records.
Streamstown is a considerable distant away and unlikely a connection.
