Roche connections in Doneraile

Hi my relative Honora Roache born about 1810 married Thomas Crone Esq 1810-1871 in Doneraile in 1833. Two of his brothers James and Patrick Crone married Catherine and Theresa Roche James and Catherine Crone came to Australia about 1862 as did Thomas and Honora Roache Crone. Thomas father was Richard Crone lived in Ballyellis Doneraile all noted on peerage pages Thomas Crones mother was Elizabeth Browning
His daughter Margaret Crone 1844-1906 married Richard Couche lived in Brigown Mitchelstown Cork as did Richard Crone Some Roche families from Mitchelstown went to Canada as Peter Robinson settlers Would love to cmpare notes Jeanne Solity

I believe I saw a possible Roche /Roache in Baldwin St Brigown a few doors up from my relatives house. I am from Melbourne Australia Recently on ancestry I saw details of Casey columns hard to get hold of He lists thousands He wrote thirty or more volumes noting details of people from the area. They may be worth a look Honora, Thomas Margaret and Richard Crone and others marriage are noted there Please keep in touch it is really difficult to locate my Roache families Jeanne

It would have been so easy to find our female ancestors if they would have put the first and last name of the father and mother's maiden name.

It seems the most popular names of that time were Mary, Elizabeth, Catherine, Ellen and Honora and I have all of them in my Roche family. It is possible that some of my family 

went to Australia, but there is no way I can find to prove it. Let's just say, if you were to ask the Roche family in Baldwin if they knew where in Ireland they were from

and who their most distant ancestor's names were, you would know if they were or were not your ancestor. In my case, if they were from Doneraile and the 

parents' names were Michael Roche and Mary Lyons in about 1818 then I would know for sure.

A Michael Roche is on the Griffiths valuations site he lived in Baldwin st Brigown Mitchelstown take  alook and see if it maybe him
