I can’t find John Savage born roughly 1776 married Maria Clifford children were John Savage 1808, Bridget Savage 1814, Jeremiah Savage 1826, Maria Savage 1828 Maria is the only birth I found I can’t find anything about these people. Bridget came to Australia arrived in 1842 Jeremiah and his sister Maria ( Mary ) came to Australia arrived in 1848. Jeremiah sent monied for his father John and must be a brother John also in 1854 but declined. It was written on Bridget’s papers in 1842 father alive so the mother Maria must have died before 1842.

Hi Dorothy, Bridget is my 2nd great grandmother. Along with a cousin, Joanne Howlett, we are researching the story of James Boland, a Gort Whiteboy. Hopefully you get this message and we can connect. I assume you must be a descendant of Jeremiah's son, also called Jeremiah, who came under the guardianship of James Boland following his father's death.
