Hi Everyone, I am trying to trace further information on my wifes family from Taughboyne.
John Slevin (Slavin/Sleaven) married Jane Branon 29th Nov 1868. John was 21 at the time therefore born circa 1847.
I have a John Sleavin and Jane Brannon Sleaven with borth of a son Francis Sleaven 8th Nov 1874 Carnshaanagh, Taughboyne.
I also found John Slaven and Jane Byrne Slaven had a son Morris 4th Nov 1876
Jand Branons parents were Andrew Branon (Brannan, Brannon, Brennan) and Jane Burns .
Any help identifying parents, siblings or other information would be appreciated.

I found a daughter Jane born in 1870 (seventh record) https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1870/03335/2222619.pdf

The family moved to Scotland and settled in Glasgow, they had a large family and name changed spelling to Slavin.

I have made some progress on the Slevin family and managed to track all of the children. I am struggling to find a birth certificate or church record for John Slevin who would have been born circa1841. On his death certificate in Scotland his father is John Slevin and Mother Nancy McCool. I have so far had no success tracking any marriage record for the parents or even a residence. Not having the census recirds is difficult. I have searched ancestry, family searcg, Irishgenealogy as well without success. I can find John Slevin's but not with a mother Nancy McCool?
