What would be the easiest way to track down a family who was horse breeders and traveled between Ireland and England frequently in the 1800's. I'm having trouble finding birth records for my great-great-grandmother and I'm thinking that if I could narrow down a list of families who were horse breeders I might be able to find her. She raised her children in Ireland between 1867 and 1891
Thanks in advance.

Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
Assuming your g-g grandmother was married in Ireland around 1864-1866, we should be able to find a civil marriage record. Can you provide her name and her husband's name and any other info related to possible location in Ireland.

Thanks so much Roger! I sure wish that was the case. There seems to be some wonky things that happened that might have kept them from either being married or registering with their real names. I have a couple of other threads started & keep working through clues as they pop up... She didn't list a father for the first child, although the child was named after his father (Frederick Harbron). It is possible they married between the 1st and 2nd. They were living in Belfast when the 2nd child was born but on the street where they lived the closes name I could find was FredR Harbinger in PRONI.
Another thread with a quick rundown of her details is here:

Thanks again for chiming in. I really appreciate how helpful everyone is on irelandxo. You're awesome!
