Good afternoon everyone. Following the very informative Web... on Zoom this afternoon, could anybody advise if there are any records of admission to Irish Workhouses, with reasons? Also what happened when a person died in the Workhouse (burials) ?My enquiry is centred on Ballinasloe Workhouse where my great great grandfather died in 1899. Hope someone can help. They are incomplete but you might find them useful.
