Ireland and the Irish are world-renowned for our festivals and events. From music to sport, from history to oysters, every year there is a huge choice of Irish-related activities and gatherings to be involved in. Despite much of this year’s physical events having been postponed or canceled, many of them have adapted to our social distancing guidelines and now are available to attend online! In a way, this move to digital ensures that more people than ever, and in particular our diaspora, can enjoy and participate in the wonderful activities and gatherings that Ireland is famous for.
Each month, we will be keeping our IrelandXO community up to date with the different events that will be happening in both Ireland and abroad. Where there is a digital presence, we would love to let our diaspora know about it!
We are now calling for information for any events taking place between July 2020 and December 2022
If you are organising an event, please get in contact with us to let us know about it and we will include it in our monthly updates to our community. If you are unsure of the date for now, let us know and we can confirm it at a later date.
In order for us to promote your event on IrelandXO, send the following information to info@IrelandXO.com:
- 500 words that describe your event
- Date of your event and how it can be accessed or viewed online
- A high-res photo that represents your event (this might also be a poster that you have created)
- Contact details for the event organisers
With over 100,000 members in our global diaspora community, having your event on IrelandXO.com will bring it to the attention of new audience members worldwide. And perhaps when you are once again welcoming people through the doors, there will be increased footfall as a result of your visibility through IrelandXO.
