Guaire Magazine is in its 42 year chronicling the events of Gort, County Galway. This issue is a compilation of past and present events for the future to remember!
From local Covid response to a discussion on current events such as flooding in the South Galway area, a River Walk developed by volunteers, a renovation of the Market Square in Gort and the Town Hall, we have it all. 

Down Memory Lane looks back at photos from the past, with names and faces no longer forgotten. The Hurlers of 1923 reveals those hurlers on the Galway team that came from Gort, who they were, what they did and where they went after that momentous win. A biography of famous resident Willie Quinn examines his impact on the town. That's just a sample of the articles written by local authors!
