St. Tola Goat Cheese
St. Tola cheeses are handmade cheeses, to which no additives or preservatives have been added. We mature our cheese to suit our customers' individual requirements from young, fresh and mild to mature and more pronounced in flavour. All our products are fully traceable from farm to fork. We are fully certified by the Department of Agriculture and as such our farm and cheese house are subject to rigorous inspections.
Visit Us
We welcome school and vacation tours to our beautiful 65 acre farm! Our tour will give you a chance to pet our beautiful goats, see them during feeding time and get a better understanding of farming and cheese making.
Foodie Events!
Every Monday in the Burren region from Easter to Halloween there will be a Foodie Event! These range from building a traditional Fulact Fia, an Evening with Bees and of course an event here at St Tola!
