Hi from NZ

Finally getting round to try and find some of my Irish links.

My most pressing and longest ongoing is for any information on Ann Doris O'Brien who was born around 1829, maybe in Kilmoremoy. She is said to have met her first husband William Davis around 1840's when nhe waas a soldier recruiter from England who came to Ireland. They are said to have nmarried in Turlough Co Clare on 28 Jan 1845.

The family emigrated to NZ with 65th Regiment? about 1846.

Ann is said to have had a brother Charles?

Ann's first husband Willaim DAVIS drowned accidentally about 1859 here in NZ and Ann ( widowed with four young children) married MR gg grandfather Octavius Lawes Woodthorpe BOUSFIELD in Wellington NZ in 1860.

I do apologise about the sketchy Irish information, but it is all I have to go on, despite leaving information on various genealogical websites.Thank you in advance for any other information that can be provided.

Genealogically yours

Sue B
