We are looking for John Robison born in about 1780.  He was married to Martha; we have no maiden name for her.  They had these children we believed were born in Ireland: Jane, John, Martha, and Alexander.  They immigrated to the US possibly between 1811 and 1820. 

Any information would be most appreciated.

    We'd really need to to have an idea of the parish or townland that the fmaily came from together with their exact denomination to have any chance of tracing them. Without that you will probably have to rely on DNA testing.

  • Thank you Elwyn.  Antrim is all we have right now.  I was hoping there were some land or civil records.  They help start and belonged to a Presbyterian church.  Is that of any help.  

    My uncle has done a DNA test.  I don't know all the results but will have a look.
