I have just discovered that our grandmother Katherine O'Neil was born in County Armagh about 1879.
She appears in the 1911 census in England: Katherine O'Neil 32 yo House Maid Hotel, London / Est. Birth 1879 in Armagh, Ireland / Registration: East St Pancras, London.
Would anyone be able to assist us with information about her family?

Nearest matches I can see in the Irish civil indexes are 23.5.1877 Lurgan (Catherine O?Neil) mothers previous name Hendron, 5.6.1878 Lurgan (Catherine Lena O?Neil) mothers mn Turtle and 27.1.1882 Armagh (Catherine O?Neil)/Hughes.

It?s a fairly common name in Ireland and without say her father?s name from a marriage cert, it?s difficult to narrow the search further.
