Hi Kelli,
If you have a parish in Armagh for William Whiteside I may be able help thank you for your inquiry.
Please make sure you link anyone else in your family who is interested in their Irish heritage to our site - and indeed anyone else you know of Irish heritage.

I would like to know about the family tree of Mary Olive Whiteside. She was a witness at the wedding of my grandparents, Thomas Jones McKitterick and Mary Georgina Atkinson, in Dublin in 1903. I think she was a relative of ours and would like to know what the connection is. Also I remember mention of Marion Whiteside, who might have been a generation younger? My grandfather, and maybe my grandmother too, were born in Loughgall, Co Armagh, and it's possible that the Whitesides lived there too.

Hello,
I think your ancestors are Francis Hyde and Mary Jane Hayes of Copney. They had a very large family which included a daughter named Charlotte who married William Whiteside. William and Charlotte are in Moy on the 1901 Census which shows they had a daughter named Marion. Charlotte's sister Ann Hyde married John Atkinson and they had a daughter Mary born 10 Feb 1876.

I am looking for information on Joseph Whiteside born about 1848, assuming in Fermanagh, because thats where his children were born, his wife was Frances Steward, born 1852, in Fermanagh.
If anyone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it
