My 2 times great grandparents were John Elliott (b 8 Oct 1820, died after Feb 1885) and Jane Beggs (b 1832 died 16 Feb 1885 in Glasgow). They married 23 Nov 1848 in Grange, Armagh at St. Aidan church of Ireland.
Jane's parents were Willam Beggs (house painter) and Mary Gardner.
John's parents were John (farmer at Ballygassoon) and Ruth.
John and Jane had a son George born 1855 and daughter Ruth born between 30 June 1863 and I Jan 1864.
John senior leased farmland in Ballygassoon then moved to Glasgow.
Any information on the Elliotts and/or Beggs would be gratefully received.
