    Hello again!

Roots Ireland has 11 Mary Magee/McGee who were baptized from 1832-1838 in Co. Armagh. You would need to have her parents names to determine if one of these records was for your ancestor. Do you have a death record which might have this information?

  • Roger, I just looked on ancestry which I am not a paying member at the moment and there are many people with her spelling as McGee and it is written that she was from Galway? Surely they wouldn't get those things wrong on the marriage certificate? I understand things get lost in the translation?

This is a really old post, but i have info on a Mary Magee from Armagh.  She shows up on a baptism record from my family in Tallanstown, County of Louth, Archdioses of Armagh.  Bottom right of the attachment.  Do you have a connection to a Mullen through your research?
