The only birth/baptism records of John Singleton in 1792 + - 5 years on www.rootsireland.ie are 1790 in Meath & 1796 in Tipperary.

There is a baptism record of Martha Little in 1822 but it is in Donegal.

There is a Robert Singleton in 1822 but it's in Derry.

There are quite a few public member trees on ancestry which have Robert's birth but there are different years - from 1813 to 1819 but all in Armagh; his mother's name was Anne.

I can't access ancestry fully at the moment but perhaps you can at your local library or family history centre.

I'm trying to understand your post and the dates involved?  Am I reading this correctly?  John Singleton born about 1772 (1972) I presume.

His son Robert Singleton born about 1818?

How then was John's wife Martha Jane born after her son in 1822??

Something doesn't add up.  Was Martha Jane the wife of Robert?

{2} Martha Jane Little should read wife of Robert Singleton

The dates and birth places are what I have gleened from the internet so far which is why I am still asking and trying to verify any and all facts
