DNA has proven that these three families originated in different towns in the County of Cavan. I am interested in finding out more about all the families listed.
All three descendents came to the Colonies. Both Clark and Brady arrived in Maryland. Not sure of the Donohoo family. May have fought in the revolutionary war and may have arrived in Pennsylvania or Virginia.
John Donohoo was born about 1756 and died in 1815 in Nelson County, Kentucky
Henry Brady was an indentured servant and arrived in Maryland. He later came to Washington County, Kentucky. When Washington County, Kentucky split and formed Marion County, Kentucky some of the Brady's were in Marion County, Kentucky
The Clark family arrived on one of the sister ships "The Ark" and "The Dove" from England. They arrived about 1645 and settled in St. Mary's County, Maryland.
The Clark family migrated to Nelson County, Kentucky with 60 families from Maryland in 1785. Kentucky became a state in 1792 so this was part of Virginia at that time.
I would love to be able to find the three lines in Ireland and work to make a connection.

Dear Elizabeth
Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
The first thing to do is to try to trace these people through familysearch.org or rootsireland.ie and use what information you gather to go from there. Unfortunately, as civil registration begins in Ireland in 1864, we are dependent on parish records before this time. These records start at different times depending on the parish. Records for Annagellliff for example, begin in 1804 for Church of Ireland records and 1812 for Roman Catholic records. For any baptism or marriage event befor this time, there will be no church records in that parish. If all else fails, you could contact the archives in Cavan County Library, to see if they have any information in the Farnham Estate Papers:
http://www.cavanlibrary.ie/Default.aspx?StructureID_str=36
Have you tried searching Ancestry.com or RootsWeb for instances of the family name on message board threads or public family trees?
Best wishes

Elizabeth Donahue: Mike Donahue of the Louisville, Kentucky area. To my understanding, via our friends at FamilySearch.com, I am a direct descendent of John Francis Donohoo II, 1756-1815, Nelson County, Kentucky. I can quickly trace those lines to where I am today. If I can be of help, just let me know. Take care. PS: You can email me if you like, and I can include a local grave photo or two. Take care. donahuemichaeld@gmail.com.
