Hello Sarah,
I went to the irish census online (free) and searched the 1911 census for Patrick Reill in Cavan. I got many results but I believe I found him on page 35. Patrick Reilly Kildorragh Glebe, Castlerahan aged 40.
You can see from the census that he and his wife have been married for 8 years so this puts their marriage about 1903.
You will be able to apply for their marriage certificate from the general registrar at www.groireland.ie.
Make sure to click on the actual house hold return form to glean all the information you can.
