My great-grandmother was Mary Anne Corrigan who was born in Aghakillymaud in 1875. She went to America where she married John Carey who was from Bunnahesco, Aghalurcher. Mary Anne Corrigan's parents were Thomas Corrigan and Ellen Connolly. Thomas and Ellen had, I think, 10 children including: James, John, Mary Anne, Hugh, Thomas, Maggie, Lizzie, Rose, Francis, and Bernard. More than one went to America.

I found some information for you. Note the spelling of the townlands was not always correct in the censuses. The first two links are the 1901 and 1911 census records for the Corrigan family. The third link is the 1869 civil marriage index record for Thomas and his likely spouse Ellen Conly. The fourth and fifith links are two 1901 census records for Carey households in Bunnahesco. Not sure which is John's family.The sixth link is the 1862 Griffiths Valuation head of household listing for Kinawley civil parish. There is a listing for a James Corrigan in Aghakillymaud. Likely he is the father of Thomas.
