My Great Grandfather, Peter Cotter was the son of Laurence and Mary McCarthy?, who were married in Cloyne Cork on 14 November 1830. Peter was born there in 1838.
The family went to Birmingham England sometime after 1844 and Peter married Jane Winslow in Birmingham on 26 December 1861.
I am seeking inforamtion on the Cotter family.
