Hello All looking for th VEITCH or VEAITCH (also VEETCH) Family of Killeshandra and other locations in County Cavan. Died 14 June 1907, aged 69, daughter of Jane VEITCH

Still looking for what happened to the Frances VEITCH who married Henry McILLREE. He was born on 6 May 1783, so probably married in the early 1800s. Henry was a lawyer (attorney) in Dublin from 1799 until about 1818 when he goes off the radar.

  • From the Breifne Journal Vol 6 Issue 21, 1982...Inscriptions on Headstones in Callowhill Cemetery pg 94. #67. Erected by James Veitch of Killaghaduff in memory of his son John Veitch who depd this life Sept 1st 1811 aged 28 years.
