looking for lynch family who lived in lisdrumfad, cavan

This looks to be your family in 1901 & 1911:

Looks as though 1 of the Lynch children was next door with his grandparents on census night, which is quite helpful as it tells you Rose Anne?s maiden name:

There are 2 possible births for James Lynch c 1898. One is James Lynch whose birth was registered in Bailieborough Oct ? Dec 1897 Volume 2, page 313; the other was James Joseph Lynch whose birth was registered there Apr ? Jun 1898 Vol 2, page 341. I would order one and if it?s not right then try the other.

The marriage of James Lynch and Rose Ann Clarke was registered in Bailieborough in Jul ? Sept 1896 Vol 2, page 343.

James Lynch?s marriage to Mary Alice Coyle was registered in Castleblaney Oct ? Dec 1918 Vol 1 , page 621.

John Joseph Lynch?s birth was registered in Bailieborough Jul ? Sept 1925 Vol 2, page 177.

I live on the other side of Shercock, when you get the certificates, if you need any deceiphering, you can copy them to me.  I will ask the local postman, if there are any Lynch's or Clarkes still living in Lisdrumskea and God willing when you get here I can show you the area.  I will also check in the local graveyard to see if there are any headstones, matching the names & townlands mentioned.

There are still Lynch's in Lisdrumfad, & I have got some phone numbers, but alas, I am not ringing at the right time as I am not getting any answers.  I have an idea where the houses are & when I am passing that way I will call.

Hi Francis, I have found them & they know all about your family.  I was speaking to Gerry Lynch & he told me about a footballer who came to Coventry.  Gerry's son Conor went to Perth but could not find you & they found out that your family had sold the house, but unsure where you moved to....Am I correct?

Thank you so much Carmel, my family are very grateful to you. Yes you are correct, it was my eldest brother Michael who went to Coventry to play football. Our house in Perth was sold years ago and we all moved. I myself and my family are in Queensland, my other brothers, Michael, Patrick, John, and their families also lives in Queensland, my sister Kathleen is living in Vietnam and Anthony lives in Philippines.
