Tomregan is borderline between both of our well known nations, this placename is mainly standing in the county of Cavan with the remainder in Fermanagh. This name is derived going back I mean way back to 1342 B.C. where the annals of the four masters took place. Most of this information can be read amongst people who are interested, the location is the College of Masree. The name of the book is Archaeological Inventory of County Cavan) by Patrick O Donavan, pp. P195 to P205.
