I'd like to know if the parish of Clonlea in County Clare includes the town of O'Callaghan's Mills where my father Matthew McMahon is from?

It might and it might not. It depends on what townland your relations came from. The village of O'Callaghan's Mills falls under Killuran, but the townlands can be either/or. You can check online through the Clare County Library website. O'Callaghan's Mills is probably either Clonlea or Killuran parish as listed in Griffith's Valuation in the website.
