Have attempted to fax several times to Roscommon Register's Office a request for Marriage Certficate. It is not connecting. Could someone please tell me if we are using the correct number. It was done at a Staples Office Supply store in USA. She used international code and fax number given on form, but perhaps it changed. 011 -353 9066 32999.

I think you have to drop the 9 as shown 0111 353 066 32999 . Someone else may wish to confirm.
