Those who are interested in the parish of Kilkeedy (nowadays the parish of Tubber) would do well to read the book "The Parish of Kilkeedy - a local history" compiled by Frank Brew. 310 pages, packed with information on the families and social history of the parish.

  • As far as I know it's not available online. Frank Brew's widow, Nancy Brew (Castlequarter, Tubber, Co.Clare Ireland), has copies and will send one for - as far as I remember - €20. Anyone interested could call her at +353 91 633198 to get the exact details.

    I would love to get a copy of this here in Canada. We are travelling to Co. Clare and visiting Tubber because our Broderick ancestors were from there (emigrated 1843)
