I was wondering if anyone knows of Michael Glynn and Mary Ellen Guinnane they are my Great grandparents and I'm trying to look for family michaels parents were Martin Glynn and Alice Gallagher. Martins siblings were John Glynn, Margaret Glynn, Patrick Glynn, Thady Glynn, Susan Glynn and Timothy Glynn I'm sure they may have lived in lisdoonvarna at some point any information would be appreciated. Thank you

    I attach a record of the baptism of a Martin Glynn in Killilagh in 1857. His father is Michael and Mother  -- Quinn.

    The address is Cronagort. There are two townland - East and West

  • Hi Annalise,

    I believe Timothy Glynn (1890-1961) to be my maternal great grandfather who was married to Elizabeth (Lilly) Guinane (1895-1951)

    we know they lived in Doolin, where they are buried. 

    My grandmother is Patrica Glynn who was born in Doolin in February 1937, now living in the UK. 

    have you been able to find any more information?
