I located the August 23rd 1835 baptismal record for young Michael. Catherine's maiden name was Hogan and based on the parish register entry, the family did live in Ballynahinch townland. 

Here is the link to the parish register for Bodyke/Kilnoe parish http://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0764   records start in November 1832. I was not able to find a marriage record and if Michael and Catherine were from that parish then their baptismal records would not be available.

Thanks for the info is it possible to find out if my ancesters were born or married in a parish other than Bodyke/Kilnoe?
 

Co. Clare RC records are not on Roots Ireland. If you have access to Find My Past or Ancestry (which are both subscription sites) they do have RC parish records for Co. Clare.

You can also go to the RC parish register for Bodyke/Kilnoe http://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0764  and use the map on the right hand side to access the registers for neighboring parishes.
