Im looking for information on John Dillion who Died June 15 1873 in the Parish of Ruan and his wife Margaret Dillion who died on 2nd October 1898.

His daughter Susan emigrated to Australia in September 1877. I am trying to trace other children - in particular if he had daughters Mary & Bridget

    I checked the 1855 Griffiths Valuation head of household listing for Ruan civil parish. There was a John Dillon living in Cooga townland. Possibly he was your ancestor. I also checked the 1901 census for Cooga and there was a Michael Dillon and family living in the townland.
