I looking for information on Margaret Roche my great grandmother, I found her Marriage certificate to William,he was based in Buttavant Barracks he was a lance Corpl 2/25 reg got married in 17 July 1875. she was 18 at the time.
They had a daughter Mary Hollister she was born 18 May 1880, Margaret and William moved to Swindon, Wiltshire then went on to have 2 children Charlie and Florence strangely left Mary back in Ireland, found Mary living with her Cousin Peter Clarke in the 1901 census, when she was 20 address 148 main street. No other information on Mary if she married or when she died. Can anyone help.

Miriam thank you for the quick response, I have found 1881 Census William is shown as married but was lodging with a family who was a Lt. in the Royal Navy. Address 50 Criclade St, Cirencister, No sign of his wife Margaret until the record 1891 in England, my guess she was probably living at home in Ireland after Mary was born. there, somewhere I have Margaret death date in 1922 and William died in 1925. both burried in Swindon, Florence however I have failed to find her death place, Charlie died in the great war 17 Jan 1917 burial Lillers, Departement du Pas-de-Calais, Nord-Pas-de-Calais, France. the serach continues.

No idea Chris I haven't found anything on Margaret she bound to have siblings, If i find anything regarding Maragret I let yoy know, sorry for the long delay in replying.
