My great great grandparents, Edmond Toohill/Twohill ( born ca 1803) and Mary Lane( born ca 1807) were married in Fermoy in 1832 by the Rev Doctor Edmond Barry of St Patrick's Church. Their son, Patrick, was born in Fermoy in 1832. The family emigrated to Canada and the US between 1832 and 1834. I am looking for distant cousins who still live in the Fermoy area and know the history of the Toohill/Twohill and Lane families.
