Kerry Local Authorities have created a database of graveyard records. You could try searching there:

Also, it may be an idea to contact the local parish priest for possible assistance. He may be able to give you some local information on what cemeteries are in the parish and which would be most likely to have John and Daniel buried in them. Kilbonane belongs to the Catholic Parish of Milltown. Here are the contact details for the parish:
