I went to www.irishgenealogy.ie which is a free Irish government site which has records for the Diocese of Cork and Ross which includes West Schull (Goleen) RC church. I located an 1860 baptismal record for a Michael Sullivan with parents Daniel and Bridget Donovan. I also located a record for a John Sullivan in 1857 with the same parents.
I would search the site further to see if you can locate other siblings or the marriage record for the parents.
