Looking for information on my grat grandmother Bridget Ducker Mullen who later married James Lappin. She was born in 1834 in Kilcoon,Batterstown and kilcock, meath Ireland. Her father and my great great grandfather was George Mullen who was born in Kilcoon, Kerry, Ireland in 1807 . My great great grandmother was Elizabeth Ducker who was born in 1815 and died in 1885. I am not sure what county she came from.
The couple married in Ireland I believe and furing the potato famine they moved to England, and eventually on to the US. Bridget and James daughter was Sarah Lappin my great grandmother, and she had a daughter names Agnes Fitzgerald who was my grandmother. Sarah Lappin married Edward Fitzgerald in What Cheer Iowa and eventually traverld from Iowa to Nebraska, and then to Colorado.
If anyone there can share further insight into my family that remains there I would love to have it.
