Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
I found four baptismal records on www.irishgenealogy.ie but like you no Hannah or Patrick. The parish is Schull East and here is the link to the parish register http://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0094 I would scan the register for possible records for Hannah and Patrick.

Jeremiah Carey and Mary McCarthy
UPDATED 2: According to my great grandmother Hannah (Carey) Spellman's death certificate (b.1842 in Ireland d.1910 in Connecticut) her parents were Jeremiah Carey and Mary McCarthy. I have found several children for a Jeremiah Carey and a Mary McCarthy, all born about the same time frame as Hannah and all baptized in the Cork (Cork and Ross) but no Hannah (and no Patrick- a name my aunt wrote down as Hannah's younger brother- UPDATED- turns out her brother as actually John B Carey and his son was Patrick). Patrick, my GG grandma's nephew was born in the USA but John hs father was born in Ireland about 1845, again cannot find any baptismal or birth record for him, The children I did find were all from East Schull but I am not sure they are Hannah's siblings since I cannot locateHannah's records in Ireland. Not sure where Hnnah came form, family notes from my aunt said Castleisland, and Hannah came to the USA in 1857 based on US Census- that matches my aunts notes. I found John her brother in Fichburg, MA so he came to the US and my GG-grandma Mary (McCarthy) Carey came too - she died on 27 Mar 1875 at age 64 in Pawcatuck CT where she is buried, but no Jeremiah beside her. Mary's stone says she was from Prior Parish in Kerry,b. about 1811 Her death certificate says her parents were Dennis and Julia McCarthy. Seem to have hit a brick wall and could use some help, please, and thank you
