I am looking for information on John McCarthy and Ellen Deasy who were married 12 July 1861 Roscarbery, Cork, Ireland they lived in Barley Hill after their marriage where their first child Mary was born then they moved to Ardagh and then their last 3 children were born in Froe. They had 7 children that I have birth/baptisms for; Mary 1861, Julia 1864, Patrick 1867, Ellen 1869, Catherine 1872, John 1874, and Honora 1877. I found a marriage for a Mary McCarthy and a Tim Donovan 1887 in Roscarbery records that might be correct and a marriage for a Julia Mccarthy and John White 1892 in Cregg, Kilfaughnabeg that might be Julia Mccarthy because her Deasy grandparents lived in Cregg, Kilfaughnabeg, but not sure on either of these. I found this baptism on irishgenealogy.ie for an Ellen Deasy with parents Pat and Honor. Two of your Ellen's children were Patrick and Honora, so it's possible, but not proved, that this is your Ellen.
