Have you tried looking for information on the family in church records?

Most Catholic records are held locally. One website which may be of use to you is the irishtimes website. Here they give an overview of what records are available in specific parishes. The civil parish Templenacarriga, is actually in the Roman Cathlic parish of Lisgoold. To see what records are available in Lisgool follow this link:
