A transcription of the couple’s marriage (1 June 1881) at RootsIreland shows they married in the Church of Ireland in the parish of St. Columb in Co. Derry. He lived at Artigarvan in [parish of] Leckpatrick, she at Aberfoyle Derry. Wm. was a shoemaker, Margaret was a servant.
Wm.’s father was Edward Lynch, a shoemaker, Margaret’s was Henry Sargent, a tailor. Samuel Lynch and Sarah Baird were witnesses to the marriage.
You might find Edward Lynch and Henry Sargent in Griffith's Valuation. You could also look for the Lynches in the 1901 / 1911 Irish censuses (I'm assuming they didn't emigrate).

Irene,
There are a number of trees on Ancestry which say that William died on 16.11.1939 in Glasgow. There is a death on Scotlandspeople that probably fits that. Registered in Possilpark, aged 81, GROS reference 644/11 700. You would need to view the certificate to confirm it’s the correct man. That should cost less than £2 on the Scotlandspeople site.
