My 2x great-grandmother, Eugenia (aka Annie) Morrison was born on August 29, 1870 in Rathmelton or Drumonhagan. Her parents were Sarah Murray & John Morrison. Sarah Murray was listed as having been born in Ireland. John Morrison had been born in Scotland and was listed as a "seaman" on Annie's marriage record.
By 1889, Annie was living in Glasgow, Scotland where she married Michael Delaney (from Ireland). Annie & Michael had a daughter Catherine (1890-1892) and Mary (1892-1918) while living in Glasgow. She then left for the USA in 1894 with Mary - Michael was already living in the US.
Sarah & John also had a son named John Morrison who was born Feb 8, 1875 - I know nothing else about him. I do not know if there were any other children.
I am trying to learn more information about this family. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hi,
I found a record on rootsireland.ie that said Sarah Murray and John Morrison had a child Hughann Morrison in Aug 1870. It is possible that Hughann and Eugenia are the same person?

Yes, that is her - I found that record on familysearch.org, I think it was. They also have her brother's record. Thank you for those other links - I will have a look and see what I come up with!
