I am searching for any information about my grandfather William Edward Boyce. I think his birthdate was appoximately 1879 (not sure, may be later). I believe he was from the area around Belfast, Ireland (county Donegal ?) He emigrated to Canada around 1900. He married my grandmother Jessie Ross Williamson on 16/05/1917 and lived in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. He had four children. He died on 02/10/1926 in or just outside Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. I would like to find out his actual birthplace and any other information about his family in Ireland. Thank-you.

Are you a member of Ancestry.com?
While having a look for information on your grandfather I stumbled upon a public family tree with your grandfather and grandmother on it.

Maybe you could contact the person that did the research for that tree. They seem to have done quite a bit of research and go back to William Edward Boyce's grandfather William Boyce born 1818.
