No page for the Kilbarron Parish yet. John Gallagher was born about 1805 to James Gallagher, and Honora (last name unknown). John's military records say born in Kilbarron Parish, near the town of Fermanhagh (hard to read), in the County of Donegal. Later records say he was born in Ballyshannon. His siblings where named Margaret B-1811, and Mary, B-1813 both born in Loughrea, County Galway, Ireland. His other siblings where all born in Woolwich TS, Kent Co, England, UK. Their names are James, Thomas, William, Ellen , and Ann.
John was in the Bristish Army, and served/stayed in Canada where he married Mary Bolton (aka Mary Golden). They had thre child that I know of. Mary Jane , B-1831, Susan, B-1835, James, B-1835.
James married Eliza Hill, daughter of Geoge Arundel Hill, and Hannah Cox. Both born in Ireland.
