I'm going to assume that your ancestors were Church of Ireland or Presbyterian. Records for the C of I church in Killteevoge start in 1818 and they are not on Roots Ireland. Maybe you could e-mail the C of I church closest to killteevoge parish in the Diocese of Raphoe (or maybe the diocese) to find out where the records are held.  Here is the link to the C of I Parishes in the Raphoe Diocese. If George and Eleanor married 1845 or later there should be a civil record (if they were not RC).

Roger has done the practicable bit but in case you are not aware there is a lovely hotel in Stranolar known as Kees with a little history, see here http://www.keeshotel.ie/sites/56/wwwroot/Kees%20120%20Brochure%20Low%20…;

Stranolar and Ballybofey are basically the same town with a different name at each end, I am sure there is a reason I do not know.

I'm descended from George Kee b c 1811 of Meenagrauv, Parish of Kilteevoge.  I also have a record of George Keys marrying Eleanor Lowry, I believe they are two different families.  My George Kee married Mary Griffith.  If you think we are of the same family, please contact me.
