    Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!

Boyle is a very common surname in Templecrone parish.

RC church records for the area start late (1876). I also searched for a civil birth record for Catherine and James but did not locate a record so possibly their births were not registered civilly.

The 1857 Griffiths Valuation head of household listing for Templecrone civil parish shows about twenty Hugh Boyle records Possibly he was the Hugh in Meenabologan townland.

You may want to post the story of James Boyle and his family on our XO Chronicles site

Have you considered autosomal DNA testing?
