Gritffith Avenue Mile

Dublin's Griffith Avenue, previously known as the "100-foot road", is the longest double tree-lined residential avenue in the northern hemisphere.

Named after Irish writer & politician Arthur Griffith (1871-1922) the avenue is over 1km long and runs from Marino via Drumcondra to Glasnevin. 

The Griffith Avenue Mile is a one-mile road race on the Marino end of Griffith Avenue which will next be held on Sunday September 18th 2022 at 3pm.
