I have been told in years past that the Catholic Parishes in the city area of Dublin have not attempted to provide, or allowed, their church records to be transcribed for geneology purposes. Is there any hope that these records will be made available in a searchable service for the public? Thank you for any information.

Thank you, but even the sight .irishgenealogy.ie shows that the City of Dublin does not have all its records avaiable.
